What Really Matters

Publicity Archives

Author 101 University: Las Vegas NV; October 27-30, 2011

Author 101 was a great opportunity to network with other authors, publishing companies, speakers, publicists and marketers. I was able to speak briefly about my book and connect with many people who are interested in reading the book and helping me promote it!

This is a very worthwhile conference for anyone who wants to learn the basics of publishing and marketing a book.

This interview was conducted by John Austen the host of the Book Club Radio Program. He is a big fan of What Really Matters and highly recommended the book to all his listeners! This was my first radio interview and I really enjoyed it even though I was slightly nervous.

Radio Interview: The Art of Living, LA TalkRadio; January 16, 2012

I traveled to LA for this interview which was broadcast live from the LA TalkRadio Studio. It was a lot of fun to be in the studio and see how a broadcast is put together. Siggie and Hayuta are wonderful women who were so entertaining to talk with. They asked very insightful questions and put me totally at ease at the same time!

Local Doctor Signs Meaningful Book - by Kimberly Nicoletti

Book Signing: Next Page Bookstore; Frisco, CO; February 25, 2012

This book signing event was held on a Saturday afternoon as a fundraiser for Bristlecone Foundation, which raises money to provide hospice care for the uninsured. We had an excellent turnout and I met many wonderful people. After a reading I signed dozens of books and listened to the stories of many of the attendees. I was touched to learn that most of the people who came have suffered their own losses or a have a loved one dealing with a terminal illness. It is gratifying to hear that this book is helping them cope and find a way to get through their challenges.
